1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing any product from Haryanvi Developer, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our products or services.

2. Purchases and payment

All products are digital source-code products delivered electronically. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount and accept the charges via your selected payment method.

Payment is processed by secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, NOWPayments). We do not store your full payment card information.

3. Product delivery

After successful purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your product(s). Payment is processed upon order submission and is non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Download links are typically valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If you need extended access, please contact support with your order ID.

4. Licensing

Each product comes with a license grant. The default license is a single-developer, non-transferable license, unless the product page explicitly states a different license type.

Allowed under the default license:

• Modify the source code for your own use
• Use in commercial or non-commercial projects
• Deploy the code in production environments

Prohibited under the default license:

• Reselling or redistributing the original source code
• Offering the code through a competing marketplace
• Transferring the license to another party

5. Intellectual property

All source code, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Haryanvi Developer. The license grants you usage rights as specified above, but ownership is not transferred.

6. Refunds

Digital goods are sold as final sale. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

• The product fails to download or deliver
• The product is materially misdescribed

7. Support

Support is provided as-is, without guaranteed response times or uptime commitments. Support tickets should be submitted through the official support channel.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haryanvi Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of our products.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular purpose.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Punjab, India.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
