License Policy

Overview

All source-code products sold by Haryanvi Developer are subject to our license terms. Each product's specific license is defined on its product page. The default license is a single-developer license unless stated otherwise.

Single-developer license (default)

This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

• Use the source code in personal and commercial projects
• Modify the source code for your own use
• Deploy the source code in production environments
• Use the source code in unlimited projects you own or develop

Prohibited actions include:

• Redistributing or reselling the original source code or derivatives
• Offering the source code (modified or unmodified) for free or for sale
• Uploading the source code to public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Using the source code in products intended for resale or redistribution
• Transfering the license to another individual or organization
• Using the source code as part of a competing marketplace or template library

Team license

If purchased for a team or organization, the license extends to all developers employed by or contracted by the purchasing entity. Redistribution outside the entity is strictly prohibited.

Multi-developer / extended license

Some products offer multi-developer or extended licenses. These are only available where explicitly listed on the product page. Terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Attribution

Attribution to Haryanvi Developer is appreciated but not required for the default single-developer license.

License violations

Violating the license terms will result in immediate termination of the license without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages.
