Refund Policy

Digital goods are final sale

All products sold by Haryanvi Developer are digital source-code products delivered electronically. Upon purchase, the digital content is immediately available for download, and you acknowledge that you have no right of withdrawal or cancellation once the delivery process begins.

Circumstances where refunds are provided

Refunds are provided in the following limited circumstances:

1. Download failure - If you are unable to download the product due to a verified technical error on our side, and you contact support within 30 days of purchase.
2. Material misdescription - If the product is materially different from its description, as verified through review by our team, and you contact support within 30 days of purchase.

Refund request process

To request a refund, submit a support ticket at the support page with:

• Your order ID (sent via email after purchase)
• The product name and purchase date
• A clear explanation of the issue

We will review your request within 5-10 business days and respond via email. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Licensing violations or redistribution of products
• Incompatibility with your development environment (review system requirements before purchase)
• Source code that does not work due to your environment or third-party dependencies
• Change of mind or duplicate purchases
• Products listed as alpha, beta, or experimental (sold as-is)
• Requests submitted after 30 days of purchase

Partial refunds

Partial refunds or credits may be issued at our sole discretion for issues that do not meet the full refund criteria above.

Dispute resolution

Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension and refusal of future purchases.
